Juggling with Foot
In any sports, you have to
start from the basics. This goes with freestyle soccer. By
juggling, you can harness full potential of your freestyle by
inventing or emulating new soccer tricks. The aim here is to be
able to juggle using both feet.
But first, we're going to
start with your stronger foot. Let's take an example of mine,
I'm right footed. So here are the steps:
1. Throw the ball at
reasonable height and let it bounce.
2. Kick it
upwards and catch the ball. So that you can build confidence
from this.
3. Once you've mastered the
first two steps, you can juggle the ball without letting it
